responsibilities:
- Provide full-time, on-site technical supervision for earthworks activities and soil/rock excavation support.
- Implement engineering specifications and drawings while ensuring all schedule and high-quality product requirements are met.
- Review vendor submittals, integrate information into design solutions, and prepare or check technical memos and reports.
- Track the project's scope of work, schedule, and budgets.
- Coordinate seamlessly with project management, construction, ES&H, and other technical disciplines in an integrated team environment.
