responsibilities:
- Drive business infrastructure, short and long-term planning processes, and service level agreements across Manufacturing, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Influence commodity supply chain planning through joint business processes to improve responsiveness to customer demands.
- Provide executive reporting on global availability and supply/demand risks to support product output across seven global factories and the spares network.
- Develop and align service levels by commodity to ensure constraints and growth objectives are identified and properly executed.
- Utilize systems like SAP, Kinaxis, and Power BI to validate supply and demand signals, investigate anomalies, and formulate strategic recommendations for executive approval.
