responsibilities:
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring and perform a variety of biological and chemistry tests to ensure all components and finished goods meet quality standards.
- Independently execute moderately complex testing, complete necessary investigations or corrective actions, and prepare technical reports to resolve problems.
- Manage meticulous sample distribution tracking, oversee the inventory of laboratory supplies, and maintain highly accurate records within data management systems.
- Perform assay validations and equipment qualifications while proactively identifying procedural inefficiencies to propose and implement workflow improvements.
- Support laboratory operations for Our Client by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, directing daily testing assignments, and training new personnel.
