responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of damaged data center hardware, including the review, inspection, repair, or disposal of motherboards, CPUs, DIMMs, and drives.
- Drive continuous process improvement for Our Client by identifying recurring damage trends and proposing strategic solutions to minimize future hardware failures.
- Support the design, optimization, and qualification of manufacturing processes while ensuring all necessary fixtures, software, and SOPs are available within budget.
- Develop software systems and execute data collection activities to troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement process controls.
