responsibilities:
- Coordinate datacenter construction projects by tracking milestones, schedules, and budgets through weekly site visits and inspections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external lease providers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and strict adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, action trackers, and reporting dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate potential project risks, delays, and financial discrepancies.
- Direct the integration of technical activities and present progress reports, proposals, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
