responsibilities:
- Oversee and motivate team members for Our Client, handling everything from hiring and training to performance evaluation and grievance resolution.
- Design and execute production tracking and quality control systems to ensure Our Client consistently delivers high-quality finished products.
- Drive continuous improvement for Our Client by enhancing production methods, equipment performance, and overall operational efficiency.
- Review daily operations and collaborate with administrative and technical staff to troubleshoot processing issues and maintain accurate personnel and production reports.
