Seeking a TLS Technician 2nd Shift (2PM to 1030PM) for a high growth materials manufacturing client in the Hudson, NH area.
The TLS Technician would be responsible for Machine Operation & Assembly: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery; perform tool changeovers (e.g., blade replacements) and assemble components according to prints and documentation. Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished parts at each stage using testing equipment to ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications.

responsibilities:
- Machine Operation & Assembly: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery; perform tool changeovers (e.g., blade replacements) and assemble components according to prints and documentation.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished parts at each stage using testing equipment to ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications.
- Logistics & Inventory: Package products, generate labels, pull inventory materials, and maintain accurate, clean stock areas.
- Documentation & Metrics: Complete required logs, including variable data sheets and OEE/hour-by-hour performance tracking.
- Safety & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a clean, compliant workspace and actively participate in Safety, Lean Manufacturing, and High-Performance Team initiatives.
- Chemical Handling: Safely work with and around industrial chemicals, including MEK, Acetone, Alcohol, Toluene, and silicone adhesives.
