responsibilities:
- Lead the development, transfer, optimization, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of complex medical device manufacturing processes for both internal and external operations.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and software (Minitab, DOE) to conduct process characterization, capability analysis, and root cause investigations.
- Implement design control methodologies, utilizing FMEA, control plans, and design transfer activities within a highly regulated environment.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives, troubleshooting complex electromechanical manufacturing issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Read, create, and interpret complex engineering drawings (including GD&T) while producing high-quality technical protocols, reports, and specifications.
