We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Experience with Machining is highly desirable and preferred. responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex manufacturing issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production flow.
- Design, develop, and implement highly capable manufacturing processes for new product introductions.
- Evaluate and revise existing manufacturing processes to minimize operational risk, enhance safety, and improve efficiency.
- Conceptualize and design custom fixturing, workholding, and gages to support production requirements.
- Create precise 2D drawings and 3D models utilizing AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor in alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee and validate manufacturing processes to ensure full compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Actively participate in and lead cross-functional, team-based problem-solving initiatives and Lean/Continuous Improvement activities.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement employee-driven suggestions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
