responsibilities:
- Implement production tracking and quality control systems, setting rigorous product standards to maximize efficiency and output quality.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle by hiring, training, and evaluating staff, while implementing motivational measures and resolving personal grievances.
- Collaborate with administrative and technical staff to troubleshoot processing issues and continuously improve equipment performance and production methods.
- Accurately prepare and manage critical personnel records, production reports, and technical blueprints to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
