responsibilities:
- Collaborate with 3PL employees and internal customers to support shipping discrepancy claims and coordinate with the claims analyst team.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure ongoing quality compliance.
- Manage the oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of Our Client.
- Operate across both office and large warehouse environments, which involves walking the shop floor and occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs to support operations.
