responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers while overseeing project assignments, staffing, performance management and professional growth across both U.S. and international teams
- Drive the successful execution of complex engineering projects from design through installation, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards and client requirements are consistently achieved
- Serve as a key partner to operations, sales, and executive leadership, providing technical direction, project oversight and stategic support for business growth initiatives
- Manage the financial performance of the engineering group, including project forecasting, change orders, and profitability reviews
- Bring 5+ years of engineering, architecture or design leadership, along witha proven understanding of structural and mechanical systems
- Must have exceptional people and communication skills and be proficient in Revit, Inventor, BIM, and AutoCAD while driving continuous improvement and engineering excellence across the organization
