responsibilities:
- Develop and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection to guarantee products function exactly as designed.
- Investigate and resolve internal and supplier-driven quality issues, managing the full lifecycle of NC and CAPA records within Trackwise.
- Collaborate directly with suppliers to address defects, escalate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and execute Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICRs).
- Support the qualification and validation of internal manufacturing processes, as well as critically assess supplier-proposed change management activities (including PPAP).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality, interpret data trends, and identify actionable opportunities for process optimization.
