responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact by collaborating with hospital leadership, medical staff, engineering groups, external contractors, and government inspectors to keep projects aligned.
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget by creating detailed work plans, managing outside design partners, and monitoring construction quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ensure all building designs strictly satisfy local, state, and federal medical codes, including hospital safety, infection control, and accessibility standards.
- Facilitate meetings with internal department users to translate clinical workflows and administrative needs into functional architectural spaces.
- Bachelor's degree Construction, Engineering, or Architecture and bring 7+ years of advanced experience leading complex healthcare architecture projects from initial concepts through final completion.
