responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize cleanroom-based optical ribbon and cable manufacturing lines while conducting rigorous quality assurance checks.
- Design, print, and test 3D mechanical models using Autodesk Inventor to improve equipment integration, reliability, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and customer specifications, while actively participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Analyze process data using SPC and manufacturing systems to enhance yield and uptime, supporting Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and new plant expansions.
