responsibilities:
- Create fully integrated, complex schedules using Primavera P6, incorporating resource loading, leveling, and critical path methodology.
- Coordinate team activities, acting as the primary scheduler and commodity tracker for major initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Establish work sequences, durations, and logic to build milestones that align with customer requirements and Our Client's internal standards.
- Organize and lead schedule review meetings with contractors, suppliers, and management, proactively alerting stakeholders to risks that could delay milestones.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), oversee daily system operation, and generate accurate schedule status reports for execution teams.
