responsibilities:
- Build, wire, and configure instrumentation and control (I&C) components, panels, and prototypes following engineering drawings and instructions.
- Conduct bench-level, functional, and environmental testing on sensors and controllers using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and standard lab equipment.
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve design issues, troubleshoot hardware, and prepare setups for field testing.
- Maintain meticulous records of assembly processes, test results, calibration data, and nonconformance reports.
- Uphold rigorous Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols while ensuring excellent lab organization and tool control.
