Well established, growing and very reputable organization located in the Beaumont, Texas area is looking for a Control Systems Engineer.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with DCS (distributive control systems) along maintaining process-related systems; modifying software and hardware to improve process capabilities and maintaining communication between DCS/PLC/TCPIP based systems.
This role comes with a very competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience with base salary ranging from $120k to $130k plus an annual bonus.
Relocation assistance is also available.

responsibilities:
- The Control Systems Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating and developing all aspects of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems and Distributive Control Systems to ensure the facility is operating in a manner that is safe to human health and the environment.
- Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes and maintaining safe practices at all times
- Maintains process related systems; modifies software and hardware to improve process capabilities
- Maintains communication between DCS/PLC/TCPIP based systems
- Regularly performs data analysis to better understand process capabilities
- Trains operations and maintenance personnel in relevant components of computer systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field (required)
- 3+ plus years of experience working with PC operating systems, PLC, DCS and/or SCADA programming applications
- Preferred experience: Visual Basic, Database programming, PC/Server networking, Instrumentation and industrial control system design, ABB Bailey Infi 90, Allen Bradley PLC, RCRA and MACT regulations, TCP/IP networking and NT experience
