responsibilities:
- Guide the development, design, and construction of a utility-scale wind generation project.
- Perform comprehensive design reviews and manage the EPC submittal, transmittal, and RFI processes.
- Ensure all engineering aligns with owner specifications, project requirements, and applicable standards.
- Provide vital on-site technical expertise to support construction, commissioning, testing, and system verification.
- Collaborate closely with contractors and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful execution.
