responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level IT technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing computers and automation systems within a 24/7 production environment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, technicians, and production associates to ensure reliable equipment operation via automated control systems and user interfaces.
- Play an active role in strategic plant projects designed to meet facility objectives, drive cost reductions, and support capacity expansion efforts.
- Assist in ongoing process and product optimization initiatives to continuously improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Participate in capital projects alongside cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
