responsibilities:
- Direct the end-to-end design, construction, and commissioning of a large-scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility for Our Client.
- Oversee the capital project budget, schedule, and resources to guarantee successful, on-time execution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration among internal teams while serving as the main liaison for external architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive project governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
