Growing manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Senior RF Engineer. This position is located near Sparks, Maryland. The Senior RF Engineer will lead key state-of-the-art design prodjects involving RF/microwave receivers, frequency-converters, and other related products for SIGINT, EW, and radar applications.
The salary for this position is dependent on experience ranging from $150K to $170K, plus other benefits! All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Design and develop of state-of-the-art, RF/microwave receivers, frequency-converters and related products for SIGINT, EW and radar applications
- Design of RF/MW circuitry through at least 18GHz using SMT components on PCB substrates
- Perform top-level requirements analysis and design of system architecture, allocating functional requirements for sub-assemblies
- 100% 401K match on the first 3% of employee contribution, plus a 50% match on the next 2%
- Tuition reimbursement up to $15,000 limit per year
- PTO is accumulated basis up to 4 weeks of PTO for non-exempt employees
