responsibilities:
- Engineer patterns to match designer visions, and cut, sew, and assemble premium-level samples.
- Collaborate proactively with Our Client's design and product development teams to execute fit goals and project deliverables.
- Act as a technical resource by troubleshooting, interpreting design intent, and offering alternative garment construction solutions.
- Keep abreast of market trends, new technologies, and consumer needs to ensure projects align with corporate goals.
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects, support SOP development, and travel as needed within a fluid creative environment.
