A Civil/Structural Construction Superintendent is needed for a leading construction organization. The Civil/Structural Construction Superintendent will lead field oversight and QA QC for an industrial project. In this role, you will be directly responsible for on-site execution, subcontractor coordination, and ensure that all foundation and steel sequencing milestones are met safely and efficiently. Your leadership will drive daily site productivity while maintaining strict adherence to engineering designs and industrial regulations.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of dedicated supervisory experience in heavy civil and structural steel industrial construction. You must have a proven track record of managing massive concrete pours, deep foundation work, and complex structural rigging safely and on schedule. A deep understanding of industrial OSHA safety protocols and the ability to interpret advanced blueprints are strictly required. This is a contract role slated to last 3-4 months, and our client is targeting local talent at this time.

- Direct daily on-site civil and structural construction operations, scheduling, and subcontractor sequencing
- Ensure all concrete, foundation, and structural steel work aligns perfectly with engineering blueprints and quality standards
- Maintain a zero-incident job site by strictly enforcing industrial OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols
- Coordinate the delivery, staging, and efficient utilization of heavy equipment, materials, and labor resources
- Lead routine inspections, troubleshoot field issues, and provide accurate daily progress reports to project managers
