Construction Project Manager opportunity located in Northbrook, Illinois, to act as an owner's representative for diverse commercial and industrial projects. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of experience managing builds from $100k to several million dollars. You will independently oversee distribution center infrastructure, corporate renovations, and facility upgrades across a national footprint.

responsibilities:
- Act as the primary owner's representative, independently managing project scopes, budgets, and detailed schedules for corporate renovations and industrial upgrades from inception to completion.
- Interface and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and without operational impact.
- Lead the bidding process for new, refresh, and renovation projects across approximately 75 national sites, including vendor prequalification and contract negotiations.
- Manage regular project meetings, resolve conflicts, and coordinate auxiliary vendors to ensure seamless operational startup.
- Conduct building asset audits to assess and optimize the performance and quality of facility systems, components, and standardized construction protocols.
