responsibilities:
- Lead equipment installation, cleaning validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, VRA), and optimize plant facility layouts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for components and final assemblies.
- Manage capital projects by justifying finances and monitoring spend, while also estimating manufacturing costs and time standards for product lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Quality, and Production teams to align on tooling, equipment, and manufacturing methods.
- Conduct investigations, implement corrective/preventative actions, and utilize risk analysis tools such as Process Maps, pFMEA, and MSA to ensure quality standards.
