responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class support by providing exceptionally timely responses to global customer quote requests via email, phone, or inventory portals on behalf of Our Client.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to analyze market pricing dynamics, successfully achieving Our Client's specific sales and capture rate targets.
- Carefully review and validate customer purchase orders, ensuring strict alignment with Our Client's standard and negotiated terms.
- Proactively engage with customers both prior to and after the sale to cultivate, develop, and maintain positive, long-term partner relationships for Our Client.
