responsibilities:
- Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate production staff, implementing measures to motivate employees and resolve personal grievances.
- Implement strategies to improve production methods, equipment performance, and overall efficiency while maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems, setting and monitoring product standards to ensure high-quality finished products.
- Review daily operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex processing or production issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, personnel records, and precision technical plans, blueprints, or drawings.
