responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on engineering, validation, and documentation support for complex manufacturing equipment, specifically for Needle Punch and Label Printing Operations.
- Partner with project management teams to drive Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Develop precision equipment and utility layouts using AutoCAD to seamlessly integrate new machinery and support department relocations.
- Interface directly with OEMs, contractors, and internal engineering teams to coordinate layout planning, resolve design gaps, and execute field changes on the fly.
