responsibilities:
- Assist with initial IQ/OQ checks and comprehensively inspect mechanical aspects of equipment to ensure proper installation, alignment, and orientation.
- Develop and document essential maintenance strategies, including centerlines, AM/PM Plans, CILs, and detailed equipment re-build instructions.
- Maintain operational efficiency by preparing materials, managing inventory carts, and precisely executing splice sequences on specific unwinders.
- Perform routine cleaning, low-complexity maintenance, and timely equipment changeovers to prevent operational losses and resolve production defects.
- Ensure strict adherence to LOTO safety requirements around energized equipment and execute 5S tasks to support line safety, quality GMPs, and overall operational stability.
