Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Design Engineer to join their team. We need a Mechanical Engineer with deep DFM expertise in zinc/aluminum die casting, metal stamping, extrusions, injection/extruded plastics, and assembly.

responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve product designs to enhance manufacturability, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead projects through the engineering change control process with cross-functional teams.
- Create CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and technical documentation with detailed specifications.
- Perform engineering analysis on complex problems using simulation tools, statistical analysis, and testing.
- Control changes to products and bills of materials using PLM and ERP business systems.
