We need a hands-on expert with a blend of engineering and practical skills to lead our Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring optimal operation, safety, and quality.

responsibilities:
- Oversee the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, executing routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting for critical equipment including reactors, condensers, and separation units.
- Implement and oversee specialized calibration, preventive maintenance, and asset management programs to support continuous distillation operations.
- Ensure full adherence to ISO, cGMP, and safety standards while accurately documenting all procedures and maintenance activities to sustain a robust quality management system.
- Collaborate proactively with diverse teams to maximize process efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the distillation workflow.
- Act as the subject matter expert to provide hands-on training and technical support to junior staff and maintenance personnel.
