Growing Manufacturer is seeking a Product Quality Lab Supervisor to join their team in the Allentown, PA area! As the Product Quality Lab Supervisor, you will lead our failure analysis operations from initial part receipt to final report delivery. In this role, you will manage lab throughput, direct advanced material testing, and bridge the gap between technical evaluation and cross-functional decision-making. 10% travel nationally and internationally.

responsibilities:
- Supervise daily lab operations and product evaluations, mentor team performance, and optimize lab efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end evaluation logistics from material handling and sample analysis to product closeout and cross-functional process improvements.
- Oversee destructive, hydrostatic/pressure, metallurgical, and material degradation testing using RMA, FA/LAR, and FRACAS frameworks.
- Act as a Technical Liaison, conducting lab reviews and translating complex failure data into bulletproof technical documentation for engineering, sales, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Quality, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product quality assurance and customer incident management systems
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or laboratory management capacity
