Our client, Florida's premier custom homebuilder is seeking an experienced, licensed Florida Residential Architect to lead design innovation across our Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando markets. In this highly collaborative role, you will direct the architectural vision for award-winning custom luxury estates alongside elite interior designers, project managers, and clients. This position will be onsite at one of the divisional offices - Jacksonville or Daytona Beach, FL and will travel when needed to other locations.

responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and develop residential architectural designs
- Partner with prospective homebuyers to support customization
- Research, review, and approve building product submittals
- Assist in resolving code review comments and design-related compliance issues
- Develop custom lot-fit solutions for non-standard home placements
- Coordinate acquisition of required plan components
- Active Florida Registered Architect license (required)
- Bbachelor's degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant residential design experience
- National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM platforms
