responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to field supervision regarding workforce, tools, and equipment while preparing short- and long-term construction schedules.
- Coordinate assigned subcontractor activities and implement the civil construction quality program, including Inspections and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Execute field material takeoffs, prepare equipment requisitions, monitor deliveries, and validate installed civil construction quantities for project controls.
- Perform ongoing system inspections, conduct final walk-downs, and ensure all installations strictly adhere to the latest design drawings, standards, and codes.
- Troubleshoot design issues with engineering teams, resolve fabricator challenges under pressure, track deficiencies, and complete accurate as-built close-out documentation.
