responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate project cost data within the EcoSys system, support the daily LEMS process, and issue comprehensive weekly construction reports.
- Collaborate with contractors on a weekly basis to validate schedule completion percentages and track actual versus forecasted start and finish dates.
- Proactively analyze and maintain project forecasts at completion, utilizing Earned Value Management principles to assess construction progress.
- Provide accurate, timely cost and schedule information to the Project Controls team while actively supporting the change management process.
