A Controls Engineer is needed for a leading Industrial OEM. The Controls Engineer is responsible to take full lifecycle ownership of our industrial process control systems from architecture design to software commissioning. In this role, you will develop and deploy advanced automation solutions for specialized applications, including gas recovery, gas processing, and industrial gas systems.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, alongside demonstrated experience programming Allen-Bradley platforms. Experience in designing electrical schematics, interpreting P&IDs, and troubleshooting systems remotely or on-site are essential. This position requires a collaborative, independent worker who is willing and able to travel up to 40% for field commissioning and customer support. Relocation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates.

- Design complete control system architectures and define hardware, networking, and software specifications
- Program, configure, and integrate modular PLC logic (Studio 5000) and develop HMI/SCADA interfaces
- Create detailed electrical control schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using CAD or EPLAN software
- Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), including software simulation and loop checks
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites to manage system bring-up, diagnostics, and operational transitions
