responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor products through the entire production cycle by analyzing engineering plans and production specifications.
- Oversee master schedules to accurately establish labor loading, capacity requirements, and material availability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, sales, and engineering managers to manage production orders and ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively resolve material shortages, backlogs, and design changes to prevent potential production schedule interruptions.
- Manage and update complex production orders, utilizing problem-solving skills to navigate manufacturing challenges.
