responsibilities:
- Lead complex capital equipment and manufacturing projects from initial planning and execution through to validation and full production launch.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies while driving cross-functional team alignment.
- Manage and hold external vendors and contractors accountable during design reviews, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate critical technical and validation activities, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Facilitate change control processes and ensure all project deliverables comply with applicable quality procedures and strict regulatory requirements.
