responsibilities:
- Perform routine chemical and physical analyses, including HPLC, GC, acid, Brix, and particle size testing, while preparing required samples, standards, and reagents.
- Accurately document results and leverage digital tools (LIMS, Power BI, Power Apps) for data entry, trending, and creating enhanced visualizations to improve lab efficiency.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain analytical laboratory instruments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent instrument readiness.
- Maintain a safe and organized lab environment while strictly adhering to GMP, GLP, and QA/QC procedures to ensure overall product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and actively support investigations into any abnormal or out-of-specification analytical results.
