responsibilities:
- Perform incoming and first article dimensional and visual inspections utilizing precision measurement equipment such as calipers, optical comparators, and Keyence tools.
- Review complex engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) requirements to establish the most effective inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive inspection plans, sampling procedures, and product acceptance standards.
- Plan, execute, and analyze Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Gage R&R studies to ensure measurement system capability and actively drive reductions in measurement variation.
