Engineering Maintenance Manager for a leading manufacturer based near Milledgeville, GA. This role is responsible to plans, coordinates, and complete maintenance on specialized extrusion lines and non-woven textile equipment.

responsibilities:
- Coordinates, and executes maintenance on specialized textile equipment
- Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure machinery runs smoothly
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and methods
- Provide engineering/technical oversight of equipment
- Recommends and implements improvements to production processes
- Carries out process improvement and employee training.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Hands-on, trade-level mechanical or electrical work experience
- Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
- CMMS experience
- Lean manufacturing experience
