responsibilities:
- Plan and execute utility integration activities by efficiently eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for system migrations and enhancements.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technical developers, and process teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate design sessions to translate business needs into functional technical designs, ensuring subject matter experts' voices represent the business in all decisions.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive testing including developing test scripts, facilitating UAT, and conducting regression testing to validate the success of implemented solutions.
- Drive user training, validate realized business benefits, and consistently communicate system impacts to stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
