responsibilities:
- Conduct field Process Assessments and assist with PHMSA document audits to ensure pipeline projects maintain strict compliance with DOT 192 and 195 regulations.
- Analyze construction quality data from audit logs and nonconformance reports, acting as a Quality Management System (QMS) Power User to drive continuous process improvements.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for the Quality Management department, lead Specialist meetings, and deliver comprehensive training to new quality team members.
- Partner seamlessly with supply chain and technical groups to review contract exhibits, evaluate vendor data documentation, and assist in the construction contract approval process.
- Develop and present vital processes, SOPs, and guidelines to diverse audiences while actively managing specification updates and Operator Qualification (OQ) notifications via SharePoint.
