responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive 2D/3D drawing packages, P&IDs, Hook-up drawings, and detailed flow diagrams for gas and water-side systems utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
- Engage in vital on-site fieldwork to assess existing conditions, perform measurements, and draft accurate as-built pipe and equipment layouts.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, project coordinators, and construction trades to coordinate deliverables and seamlessly resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts.
- Prepare high-quality design deliverables across all project phases while accurately breaking down tasks and estimating required work hours.
- Review specifications, strictly adhere to site design standards, and apply an intimate knowledge of codes to ensure exceptional quality in engineered systems.
