One of North America's fastest-growing, industry-leading custom manufacturing powerhouses in Southampton, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. This position will evaluate new and existing processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce costs, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
The starting salary is up to $105K, depending on experience, complemented by a 10% annual bonus, health, and retirement benefits. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:
- Identify, recommend, and implement approved methods or process improvements
- Identify CNC equipment, processes and tooling needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers
- Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards
- Actively participate in LEAN manufacturing activities
