responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end inventory planning from purchase requisition to customer invoice to ensure consistent material availability for manufacturing plans.
- Define inventory policies and maintain key parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, and lead times within ERP and planning systems.
- Analyze potential material shortages, troubleshoot system warnings, adjust SAP parametrization, and assign necessary notifications to the Purchasing team.
- Collaborate closely with buyers to optimize supplier performance in areas like on-time delivery, quality, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and flexibility.
- Support daily internal customer service inquiries and leverage data analysis tools to ensure effective overall inventory management and control.
