responsibilities:
- Meetings with Clients to understand their vision, budget, site and other project needs.
- Develop Conceptual and Schematic designs. Create and develop Design Development Drawings and Construction Documents.
- Lead Exterior and Interior Material Selection and Finish requirements.
- Secure necessary approvals from state, county and city officials as necessary.
