A prominent equpment supplier in the Westland, MI area is seeking a Shop Manager. The company focuses on equipment design, build and distribution. They specialize in hydraulic and pneumatic units. They need a Shop Manager to oversee employees in the equipment build department, and some in shipping and receiving. The Shop Manager will make sure that all build proceses are running smoothly and projects are on time. This is a high priority hire for the GM. The role is salaried in the $110K+ bonus range.

- Test Leader- schedule jobs, coordinate timing wit hthe build process. Troubleshoot test isssues
- Paint Leader- schedule jobs- coordinate timing with the build process
- Schedule daily labor for all areas of production shop
- Machine/Equipment Maintenance including hi-lo, fabraction equipment, test equpment, paint booth
