responsibilities:
- Analyze processes, data, and product metrics to reduce scrap and improve manufacturing efficiency for Our Client.
- Lead root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage the disposition of ware on quality holds by querying data, analyzing quality architectures, and executing targeted experiments.
- Prepare plant facilities for new product codes and ensure correct specifications and wareflow are properly established.
- Provide necessary training to staff on quality systems and procedures while maintaining accurate status reports.
